Blue Light flashing and rapid yellow light

Hi
I have a LR3 and a blue light flashing and when I press reset the yellow light flashes rapidly. The unit has a date of August 2018 (this is a replacement unit due to prior issues).

I have cleaned the pinch points and this is still happening. There is no cycle at all.

What do I do next?

This is an issue with DFI sensor.

Thank you for your reply.

Your initial Litter Robot was bought in May 2018, so that means you are not in warranty period anymore.

In that case, we suggest you to buy new DFI sensor here: https://www.robotshop.com/eu/en/litter-robot-3-open-air-dfi-hardware.html

Hi

I was sent a replacement in February 2019 because I was supplied with a faulty unit and so would the warranty start from the replacement unit rather than the original purchase? I have had so many issues with your product and had to wait a substantial time to get a replacement for the faulty one.

Warranty doesn’t start from the replacement unit, but from the first day of purchase.

I will transfer you to our customer service and see if they can do anything.
