Hello,
I am having technical difficulties with my litter robot 3 (purchased Jan 2020), the blue light flashes like the draw needs emptying (even when empty) and when i press reset once the yellow light starts flashing rapidly (4 flashes a second).
I have tried all of the recommended solutions on the forums and technical advice to no avail.
Please help,

Hi, we purchased the item from Catnovation who no longer exist, but the unit is still covered under warranty.
I have a Paypal receipt that shows all the order information ect… however i cant get any information from there website anymore.
The unit ID is SN:LR3135482

Based on your description of problem, DFI sensor needs to be changed. You can buy new one here: https://www.robotshop.com/eu/en/litter-robot-3-open-air-dfi-hardware.html

Yes that is my conclusion also.
I cannot contact Catnovation as they no longer exist as i already mentioned.
When i go onto Litter Robots website they tell me to contact you as the UK supplier.
