I bought the litter-robot III about a year ago and starting about 2 days ago we have had the blue light continuously flashing. I followed the trouble shooting measures that were posted by Jose March 16,2017 but it still continues. Please help.

We suggest you to contact your reseller in this case since you are still under warranty, as it would be a problem with the DFI sensor if you have done all the troubleshooting and it is still having problems.
I bought it from Robot Shop. Who do I contact here?

I have the same problem tried all the trouble shooting. It is only 9 months old

I have contacted to seller, after taking videos and photos they decided it was probably a DFI issue so they are sending the parts for me to fit. Fingers crossed I can do it.
