Unplugged litterrobot III and all it does is flash the blue light. Doesn’t cycle after plugging in. Drawer is empty. Have tried the troubleshooting steps mylultiple times. They worked once but never again. Do I need DFI sensors or main board. Please help!

This looks like issue with DFI sensor.
Have you bought your robot from RobotShop?
If so, please give us your order ID.
I did not order from here. It was given too me from family member.
