Blue flashing light/after reset fast yellow flashing light

Hi!

I have the Litter Robot 3 Open Air since October or November 2018. 14 December 2019 I changed the DFI sensor.

Now, the blue light blinks with empty waste box, and when I press reset, it changes to fast flashing yellow. It doesn’t cycle at all. I have taken it apart, cleaned the pinch pins and everything else, but it still does it.

Any ideas?

We are sorry to hear about the problem.

Try unplugging your robot and leave it like that for several hours. It helps sometimes.

If nothing helps, then DFI sensor should be replaced again.

I think I will order a DFI sensor and Anti-Pinch Pins just to be sure!
