Blue blinking light LRIII

I am having the same issue but slightly worse. Initially it just thought it was full every cycle. It would still cycle though (when I pressed reset). After I tried to follow the troubleshooting steps it won’t cycle at all. It now blinks blue (full tray) when I power it on. If I press reset, it changes to pinch fault. It doesn’t cycle at all now. Last week I had a pinch fault error (first time in 21 months since owning) and was able to clear it. I has not worked this time. I even took pictures. The plates are touching. I have not taken the bottom apart entirely yet since I don’t have a screwdriver long and skinny enough.

Hi guys,

If the troubleshooting didn’t help, then your DFI hardware needs to be replaced.

You can buy new one here: https://www.robotshop.com/en/litter-robot-iii-open-air-dfi-hardware.html

You can use this video to help you replace it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD3dsJsVVsc

If you are still in warranty period, please advise.

Best regards,
