I have 6DOF stock lynx arm. I want to use a better servo for my base joint. I need a servo which makes accurate, correct movements with little gear down and has a good torque. I am planning to purchase HITEC HS 645 MG (Torque : 9,6Kg.cm) or HITEC HS 945 MG (Torque : 11Kg.cm). I am not sure SSC-32 card support one of these servos. My electronical knowledge is not much, that question migh be nonsense but I wanted to be sure before spending money and time. I need some advise about the subject is there anybody who has done that type of upgrade before. Or what else can be done to power up the base joint.
If you purchase your servos from Lynxmotion, they will most likely work with the SSC-32. If the HS945 servo is a standard sized servo, it will be compatible with the Servo Erector Set parts.

You’ll have to get feedback from somebody at Lynxmotion on the compatility of the HS945 with their products. The HS645 servo is definitely compatible with the SSC-32 and Servo Erector Set parts.
just for a presision, if it fits the servo erector set, it will fit the lynx6 arm. And also, if its not from Hitec and it says stanrdard size, it may not fit.
