I have a requirement to attach a second level to a bot, and wish to have it tilt. Basically, a tilt mechanism for a large (4" x 10" ellipse) base.
OK, so I could use a tilt mechanism or construct one with a servo bracket, hinge and C bracket.

My question is if there is any mechanical or design advantage to the second option? I have MOHO…
