Hello there roboters, I have a series of questions about the Robonova1. A friend and I are doing an electrical engineering senior project at a university and we would like to purchase two robonovas. We want to throw RF receivers and a few gyros/accelerometers on them. With the end objective of having them able to be controllable via RF control and also are able to do some autonomous stuff.
Basically we are new to the whole radio controlled world and are looking for advice and suggestions.
Some questions:
Can the Robonovas handle RF receivers? And, if so, will Robobasic be able to program using them, or will he have to reprogram using another program like C+ or C++? If yes any suggestions on makes/models and where to purchase them?
If the above question is a clear “No†ignore the questions that follow.
What type of RF transmitters (aka remote controls) do you recommend? Also, how many channels? I was personally leaning to at least 4 channel with 6 channel as a high possibility. Link a good site to purchase?
Gyros / accelerometers? Suggestions on types/models, also will they respond well to Robobasic?
