Beginner questions about DSMX Spektrum combatible transmitter (with batteries & charger)

I need a transmitter (batteries & charger for the transmitter) for “3DFly Micro Quadcopter Kit (DSMX Spektrum Compatible)” Any recommendations from Robotshop?

What is DSMX spectrum?
Is it default in transmitters for drones?

I’ve asked about this multiple times from different sources in Robotshop, also community, no answers.
