Hi, I recently purchased a viper robot and am trying to charge the battery. But the controller will not recognise it and when you attempt to charge it, the controller says “connection break”. As far as I can tell, the battery is fine - it delivers 7.4V as you would expect. Any thoughts?

It turns out, to charge in balance mode you have to connect BOTH the white connector and the red connector to the charger. Not immediately intuitive but to be fair it is there in the instructions if you dive into the small print of the charger manual.
