Battery charging

Yesterday, I started charging my rover’s motor 12 volt battery RB-Sta-14. I am charging it using the universal battery pack charger RB-Ten-02 for both motors and electronics/robotic arm.
My question is: How long does it take? I had the 12v battery back connected from yesterday morning at 8:00 until 8:00 this morning(24 hrs) and the charger was still blinking a Red LED.

You may have to do some cycle charging - three cycles might do it.
At 1A, that battery should be charged in around 4 hours, and less if it’s set to 2A.
Do you have a multimeter, or other way to measure the voltage at the terminals of the battery?
