Batteries in battery packs

The robot building project for my design class has strict rules on batteries allowed. I was browsing through the available battery packs and I was unable to confirm if there are actually AAA, AA, C or D type batteries inside the packs or are they specialized batteries?

It depends on the battery pack - if you have one in mind, we would be happy to indicate which batteries it uses. Most (but of course not all) battery packs which provide <1Ah use AAA.
