Base rotate

Could the add-on base rotate for the inline hexapod (ABR-NS) be used on top of the round hexapod’s add-on deck (AOD-06) without too much hacking?
If not, would the base rotate kit (BR-KT) fit (perhaps without the top half of the add-on deck)?

I’m planning on trying to mount a lightweight 2.4GHz yagi antenna on top of this round hexapod and I think just the fact that it’s so long (~1ft) might put a bit too much strain on the servo horn & spline along the wrong axis (if that makes sense), hence using the base rotate.

WOW, Innerbreed, I’m impressed! It’s beautiful! And it only took you 40 minutes to build, photograph, and post an answer to Snarez’s question. Can you roll it into a ball like Zenta’s MorpHex? Clock’s ticking.

I’m hoping it’ll fit ok on top of the add-on deck, as I need space for another board.
