Banebots P60 Gearbox help

We are currently replacing a blown Banebots P60 gearbox although the issue we are having is the part number for the correct pinion gear for the input motor ? the one that we have is badly damaged and now junk so a replacement is required.

but what input pinion do we need :slight_smile:.

We do not have this part in our store at the moment. It would be manufacturer number P60P-GM54.
You might want to contact us on the support center to check for availability and possibly special order it.

Thank you for the update, I have been doing some reading on Banebots and from my understanding it looks like one is supplied with the new gearbox is it possible to confirm this before I place the order ? Looks like it’s part of the hardware kit.

“MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED
Standard Gearbox includes one mounting kit. Mounting kit contains everything required to mount 1 motor of the appropriate size including [highlight=#ffffff]pinion[/highlight], screws, and lock washers to attach the motor to the gearbox. (Mounting kit not included by default with custom gearboxes, it is an option.)”

The pinion is included with the gearbox (we did a visual confirmation).

You can check the ETA on the product page when dragging over the “New stock soon” writing.
At the moment the system show an expected 2016-12-23. We have a large quantity on order from the manufacturer at the moment.

Although we require two and you only have one in-stock with more due around the 21st of November, can you confirm what will happen to the order if placed ? Would you ship the two items you have and then the third would follow or would you hold the whole order and ship once everything comes in-stock ?

In fact, we have 3 units available in our Canada warehouse so if you place an order the stock will be reserved and transferred to our Europe warehouse before being shipped to you.
We wait until everything is in stock before shipping the order unless the customer ask for a partial shipping.

Thank you for that, well I placed an order on the UK site so if everything goes to plan I guess it will be with me soon. On your site it stated that a delivery was due on the 21st of November so I wont be waiting too long :slight_smile:. Once again thank you for your help, I was a little off put when I couldn’t chat with a customer service rep at first but your level of service and prompt reply on here has been brilliant. So much so that I have started to look for some Christmas gifts for my teenage son :slight_smile:.
