I live in France and I would like to buy an AxiDraw V3/A3.
The product was out of stock when I ordered it ~1 month ago (the money has been transferred on 02/03/2021) and it was informed that it would be back in stock towards mid-March.
I have just been informed that it will remain out of stock until mid-June.
I would like to know what is causing this very long delay and what can we do about it.
Usually, this happens due to some issues with the customs while shipping.
The machine is available in our stock in Canada so it’s possible an issue with the shipping to the European warehouse since most countries are now under lockdown so the process could get delayed.
Unfortunately, this is not a thing we can control due to COVID.
