I’ve seen your new EU shop, it’s great, but I got a question :
I would like to buy the Neato vacuum, you sell it on the US shop, but not on the european one…
is it impossible for me to buy it at the moment ?

The Neato XV-11 in unfortunately not available for sale in Europe at this time, even from our Canadian and USA websites.
Here’s what Neato has to say about this subject:
"Neato has always planned for international sales channels in Europe and other countries, but they will not be active in time for people who want to be one of the first Neato owners.
Buying a Neato now and shipping overseas adds around half the price. While support is not an issue (if you speak English or French), if your Neato needs repairs then it has to be sent back to the US or Canada.
Sales channels like RobotShop can ship internationally, but the Neato is not released for international sales yet."
We do not have a set date yet for the release of the Neato in Europe. But, when the time comes, you can be certain that we will let our customers know either by the RobotShop forum or Blog.
We hope that you will be able to enjoy a Neato Robot Vacuum in the near future.

As announced on the RobotShop Blog, the Neato is now available in Europe. The new Neato XV-15 can be purchased through RobotShop at the following link:

It does come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty as all robot vacuums. They are available for pre-orders at the moment and we expect to receive the first shipments approximately end of July.
