Autonomous robot's navigation

We are absolutely fascinated, but you’ll need to add commentary to the last video - don’t be afraid to talk and explain exactly what’s going on. Could that possibly be made into an “App” for iPhone / Android?

Couls you use markings on the wall? I don’t see companies complaining about marking their walls in order to help robots navigate through halls and rooms.

Have you considered selling it as an APP on MyRobots?

MyRobots is setup to sell applications which can be used on robots and either use the MyRobots service or run independently. Since you have developed AVM Navigator, you might consider finalizing a first release and selling it commercially via MyRobots. The choice is yours of course.

Curious - which software did you use for the presentation?

Ah - appreciated. It didn’t look like ProE, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, Unigraphics, 123D, Sketchup etc…

This is quite different from autonomous robot navigation. Can you explain more about how the system would determine what video interests the user?

This is truly impressive, could this be integrated into ROS or a similar framework? also it could definitely be used with a different type of robot sch as a humanoid. It should only basically need to change the locomotion functions.
