Automatic scooping / Status light - LavvieBot

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:
LavvieBot robot does not scoops automatically and status light is always blinking green

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your LavvieBot.

Please provide us with your order number.

Try the following steps:

  1. When you see the error message, click and press the WIFI/BLE button of LavvieBot for more than 5 seconds.

(screenshot sent by the customer)

  1. There will be blinking green light on the WIFI/BLE LED of the machine

  2. Go back to your screen and click rescan, the circle arrow icon

  3. LavvieBot will show up on the scan list

  4. Choose the LavvieBot on the list and click Connect to proceed next

Just to reconfirm, and before I do anything, I have been able to register and connect the robot to the app/phone…no issues there.
Issues are that the status light is blinking green (never off), and
the robot wont scoop automatically.
it recognizes when the cat goes in (changes to blue steady light) and when the cat exits the robot.
At this point the scoop icon flashes (with 10 min waiting time set) but it never scoops, waited the 10 mins and I have also left it overnight and no scooping.

We managed to see the blinking green light in the video.

Please provide us with the serial number located beneath the cover and we will contact the manufacturer to check the logs of your robot and fix the issue.
