To whom it may concern,
I am working on a project in my 8th grade class my idea is an automatic pooper scooper and I want to know what your opinions on it because your company’s robots are amazing! The automatic dog scooper, has a removable dust pan and it only has one way to go in the dust pan and can’t get out of the dust pan. I am trying to figure out if it can just drive on it’s own but right now I am going to drive it to pick up the dog poop. I am still working on it!
Thank you, for your time

The issues are less with the robot itself than it is about the mechanism which pick up the “gift”. If it’s on a flat surface, there should not be much of a problem, but if there’s tall grass…
Since it’s 8th grade, you might want to work on the robot more to gain experience rather than the effectiveness of picking up poo - purchase a few fake gifts and focus on flat surfaces.
You can build an RC robot which you control and the proof of concept will be much easier than if it was in tall grass and programmed to be automatic.
