Hi guys!
I’m attempting to recell a battery pack for a robotic dinosaur. The battery pack is a li- polymer 2s2p 7.4V 2800 mAh (20.72Wh). The batteries are soldered in series (in pairs, each pair has a positive and negative terminal on the board. 4 batteries in total.) so does that mean each lipo pouch is 3.7V at 2800 mAh? My guess is the board is taking the two battery sets that are in series and stepping the voltage down from 14.4v to 7.2v so it has a longer run time but I’m unsure… I’m having difficulty locating lipo’s with this capacity that have the following dimensions: 6.5x39x49mm. Does anyone know a good website for batteries such as these and any opinions or advice is welcome as I’m no expert in batteries.
