Atom pro 28 with ps2?

Hi my friends, i ask one question!

Is possible the ps2 sony original or ps2 from lynxmotion don´t work with atom pro 28 ou work with atom 28?

Hi,

This is a hard one to answer without additional information.
How is the PS2 hooked up? Do you have an Atom Bot Board 2? Do you have one of the PS2 controller cable? How is it connected? How is your board powered?

Have you tried working through one of the tutorials that shows you how to hook up the PS2? For example:

I have:

Robot model: ch3-r
ServoMotors Futaba 3 kg

SSC-32 v2
BotBoard
Atom Pro 28
PS2 Sony original
PS2 Lynxmotion

battery 6v 1600 mah (ssc-32)
battery 9v (BotBoard)

The conection is all right and the ps2 (sony) i have a red led on!

This is very funny, i make the start of program “attack mode”!! (modification of code)

I should start off by what do you mean by does not work?

When you say you have a bot board. Since this is a new post I will assume it is a bot board 2. Since you mention CHR-3 and Atom Pro and PS2 controller, have you been using this tutorial?

What software have you downloaded to Atom Pro? Was it generated by the program Powerpod? Was it configured to use the Basic Atom Pro? Likewise was it configured for PS2 control? Likewise for the Bot Board 2?

Which version of the Basic Atom Pro IDE are you using? 8.0.1.11 is the one I would recomend. Did it compile and download OK?

When you say the wring is right and I have an led on. Which LED?
When you turn the CHR-3 on does it do anything?

Sorry for 2 dozen questions, but just trying to understand where the problem is.

This is strange, the problem is the program from atom pro, but i “diret”!!! :slight_smile: It work, the robot move with ps2!
