We are working on a time sensitive project using the AL5D 4DOF KIT (SALES ORDER#577483) and having difficulty removing the screw for the HS-485HB horn Step A5. The screw is in very tight and I believe we stripped screw. Directions stated unscrew screw, however, it did not state which direction. Please can you advise on path forward? see attached picture.

You can take a Dremel and cut a line across the screw so it’s like a flat head then, use a screw driver to get it out. I have used this method many times. It works great! Hope this helps.

The screw head snapped off— we placed an order for another HS-485HB order 100156374. I selected 2 day air — maybe you could ask to send NDA??
This was really really hard to take off.
