Lynxmotion Rovers, Sumo, and Tracked

I am constructing a RC robot and I want to connect the Lynxmotion AL5B 4 Degrees of Freedom Robotic Arm (Hardware Only) withLynxmotion Wrist Rotate Upgrade (Heavy Duty)to the
DFRobotShop Rover V2 - Arduino Compatible Tracked Robot (XBee Kit) and a camera from the Hubsan FPV DIY Remote Control Set. Can I do that?

Will the weight of the components I want to add be an issue for the tracked robot? If so, will the
Lynxmotion 6WD Rover Kit A6WD2 or the Dagu Wild Thumper 6WD All Terrain Chassis be more compatible with those components?

The DFRobotShop Rover cannot support the weight of the arm - it’s too small and lightweight.
The A4WD1, A4WD2 and A6WD2 are ideal and have mounting holes specifically for that arm.
It can also be mounted on the Thumper, but the holes may not line up perfectly (two products from two different companies).
