Arm is not recognized

I have a PLTW robot Arm that the PC (windows 10) will not detect.
When I plug in the USB the device manager does not reconize this board (arm).

I have 6 other identical arm that work perfectly and when I plug any of them into the PC they are immediately recognized.

I have replaced the USB cable.

All the lights on the SSC-32U board seem to be lighting up when it is powered up.

What do I need to check next?

Thank you for your help.

Can you provide a few clear photos of the SSC-32U and its connections?
If it’s not clearly visible, can you confirm that ONLY the wall adapter is connected (no 9V battery needed).
Check that the computer detects the SSC-32U’s FTDI chip when it’s connected to the computer’s USB port.
Go to Devices & Printers and check under USB / COM to see if it’s in the list.
If so, within the software, select the appropriate COM port and see if it works. If not, select each of the Baud rates and try again (in case the button was pressed accidentally).
Ensure you have tried plugging the board into a different USB port.
Last, try plugging it into a different computer entirely.
