Arduino Mega 2560 R3 Qusetion

Hi All, I am currently using Arduino Mega 2560 R3, with the Rover5 explorer board, I have load to code but the unit is not working properly, My question is, Do I need to prepair the Mega R3 in some way, before I load the program, or when you load up a new code, does it write over the old cde.

Might be a drivers issue.

I don’t know what OS you’re using, but here is the “official” Arduino page that may shed some light on your problem. If you are using Windows it will tell you how to insure your ssystem is using updated drivers.

Thanks for your reply.I am not very good at listing problems, This problem doesnt have anything to do with drivers for my OS (that I am aware of), but more to do with The rodot doing what it suppose to, as in more than just flashing lights…lol

The program I am using is the one Oddbot wrote for the Rover 5 Explorer board, I will try and up load a pic so you guys can go over it for me.

BTW 6677, I have done the blink led thing, and it seems to be fine, I removed, and added zero’s in that blink prog. and it reacted accordingly
