i need source of your arduino MEGA 2560 datasheet. Its for my bachelor thesis. autor and date would do it.

From what I see, the datasheet was taken from the official Arduino website: https://store.arduino.cc/usa/mega-2560-r3

Since it is open source, you have access to all the documentations.
