Anyone created a visual 3d sonar map for the arduino yet? to get an image of a sonars surroundings and portray them in a 3d environment? i'm very interested!

There are some ideas here on LMR and also a video from a chinese guy using a cheap sensor-servo-cam solution (>20US$) to map a space or even create 3D scans from people.

I’m guessing this is inpired by Dark Knight and Morgan Freeman using cellphones as sonar mapping devices…
