Arducam 8mp product listing description errors

I am interested in the 8MP Arducam but the description is full of errors and I am not at all certain what I will receive.

Lens mount, listed as both CS and 12mm
Lens listed both as 25mm 1.2 telephoto and 4mm wide angle

Are both lenses and both lens mounts included?

This entire listing needs to be rewritten as it is not clear.
