Looking for something like a rectifier the electrical device that converts alternating current (AC), which periodically reverses direction, to direct current (DC)

In my case I am looking for something that will switch DC to AC

Note: not looking for something you use in your car to transform 12vdc to 120V

Hello @Ericw,

I don’t think that you can find this “small” power inverter in the Shop.

But maybe you can build by yourself using electronic components. Usually, online, you can find tutorials for 12VDC/230VAC inverter.

Which voltages do you need and which power rating?

Found this on google:

Basically what you want to achieve is create an oscillator with DC voltage. Around 50-60Hz I guess.
