Anyone know what would cause a servo to twitch?

anyone know what would cause a Hitec HS475 servo to twitch?

try turning the servo horn by hand, you should feel the gear slip.

Be nice if in that video there was a servo horn on that 645, it twitches little, as much as the video i posted.

How much load on the servo and does it twitch at only one position or in several different positions? Like in the video a bad or worn pot probably could cause the condition. If a servo stays in a single position and twitches this will tend to wear the pot in that spot. The inside of the pot looks like thin carbon lines with metal wipers rubbing on them.

well this is a coxis joint on my phoenix, and this is when the pheonix is suspended on a 50 pack of dvdrs.
