Anyone know about machine learning on Arduino?

Duckbot current

I have a pic24 board with battery clips for 5 AAA 1.25V 800mah batteries. Freshly charged that would be about 6.5V. Wondering if 800mah is enough. Any idea what the max current draw is?

That should be more than

That should be more than enough.

DuckBot

I have “finished” a 3d model of DuckBot. Ideally it would be laser cut but I ran into a machinist (with shop) who is willing to cut with CNC mill. He also wants one. I would not be surprised to see a polished aluminum DuckBot.

Revised an existing pic24 board to remove the h-bridge and install 4 servo motor headers. Also added 6 I2C headers to support multiple accelerometers and a digital compass. Hopefully all will be ready in two weeks. It has header for NRF24L01 radio which I have used on previous projects,

I emailed cbenson about RobotShop hosting some sort of DuckBot contest. No reply as of today. See what you started by posting the inane video of DuckBot falling down and getting upright!!!

Wow. Nice work - can’t wait

Wow. Nice work - can’t wait to see yours in action. Don’t think much would have come of the DuckBot unless you hadn’t taken up the reins - so, great job. Don’t understand why RobotShop isn’t responding - maybe too busy with their Japan website.

Balance seems to be the real key to getting the duck moving correctly - mostly the right amount of weight on the head and enough below the body but not so much as to overwhelm the leg servos. Hope all goes according to plan. Jiayou!
