Barcelona is hosting the Mobile World Congress. Is anyone planning on attending?
I’ve been following this event for a few years now, and the projects and technologies that are being discussed are incredible. However, many companies are engaging online this time, which is disappointing.
But, in the wake of the pandemic, I’m confident that many internet behemoths and startups have changed their minds. Many advancements, particularly in the healthcare sector, are rumored to be in the pipeline.
I eagerly await the latest news from the MWC floor.
Well I would definitely like to go
I’ve been to Barcelona several times (beautiful city).
But because of pandemic, it’s unrealistic for me currently :\
I see what you’re saying. Because of the epidemic, I missed it as well.
If the tides turn, we may be able to attend the 2022 event.
According to NEWS, barely 5,000 people from outside Spain attended the MWC.
Normally, the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona resembles a human version of pinball, with over 100,000 attendees ricocheting against congested stands and one another while attempting to cross the ground. With only 20,000 people in attendance this year, the arcade game was mostly silent.
I even learned that companies are tossing the idea of the ‘Mobile First’ Approach to Reinvent Enterprise Communications Experience. Adopting the latest technologies isn’t enough to keep up with the competition. It’s also critical to keep up with and beat the competition. You’ll need to keep an eye on cutting-edge and developing technology to do so.
I was also anticipating news from the domains of mobile app development and telecommunications. However, nothing significant had occurred. Hopefully, things will be different next year.
