Analog ardbox not detected

hello ,
i have an analog ardbox from indutriels shields , my problem is that my computer do not detect it when i connect it with USB , i have this error message : Failed to request a descriptor from the USB device .
and in arduino ide (1.8.8) i can clic on “port” because it is grayed out . i don’t know how to solve this .
