Alternative 3.3v logic MOSFET for Motor Driving

Hi,

I need to build a simple circuit to drive an R130 DC Motor 3 - 12v. I have been given a circuit that uses a
2SK4017(Q) N Channel MOSFET however these are proving tricky to get in small quantities (1 or 2) in the UK, unless you want to pay a Farnell £9 handling fee or £5 each on eBay unless buying from China with a 4 week wait!!

The circuit will be controlled using the GPIO pins from a Raspberry Pi so I need a MOSFET with a gate that triggers using 3.3v Logic Levels.

Could anyone suggest a readily available and source for a suitable MOSFET.
