When the arm is extended forward some, the base lifts off the rear bearings. Is this normal or did we not push the base down hard enough on the servo shaft? I pressed pretty hard but didn’t want to break anything. We did remember to screw the base top down to the servo (the 2nd time around…)

With 422 or 485 servo in the molded base it will fit flush and there should not be any lifting. The 645 requires some shims to fit properly.
Thanks for the reply, it’s a 485 servo, we’ll take it apart and try to do a better job of fitting the base.
