This is for the Little Gripper. I can’t work out how to do this. The hole in the C bracket is not big enough to fit properly onto the bearing
The problem, as seen in the image, is the the C-bracket would appear to be badly made, with one arm longer than the other. The screws into the horn are in the correct holes. I have measured the arms of the C bracket and they are not of equal length.

It is not totally impossible that your “Short C Bracket” was not bend at the right location which create non-equal length sides.
You sand you measured the two sides and they were not equal right ?
I also note that the horn is not centered on the bracket as well, the screws are probably not in the right holes. It’s easy to be misaligned.
The screws are definitely in the right holes. The bracket is not bent in the right place, and is even fouling the button head screws on the right.
Then it’s really the C Bracket which is not right.
I’ve advised our RA department and they should contact you soon regarding this.
