Al5D Arm Fall Down :(

After one days of using my new AL5D arm to prepare my automated checkers game using MRDS. The robot started to fall down every time the robot move.

1- All the robot arm parts is connected well.
2- I have also added the spring load balancing.
3- I have also mounted the whole robot to a thick wood to make sure the robot base will not move during the movement.

Whoever every time I move the robot the robot fall down and gets separated from its base.

Every time I connect it to the base again, it get separated after one or two movement.

Please tell me what to do A.S.A.P. because I must deliver the project soon to my professor.

Sounds to me like someone forgot to put the base servo screw back in. :stuck_out_tongue:
