the ones that were sent in the kit seem to be too large for the tapping screws (1/4 in) and the lock nut after attachment to the base to go on. There is nothing that replaces them in the rest of the box. Is there a chance to either fix the problem or get new parts?
The model in question is AL5A SSC-32U
The larger hole goes on the outside, and you need o press down hard to tap the inner holes (ensure they align)
There are two with large holes and two with small holes. Be sure to remove the protective plastic as well.
