After replacing the neato XV motor for the gyro, it started working and then died

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
the Motor for the gyro died a few weeks back, so i decided to buy a new one from AliExpress .
today i installed it on the neato and decided to see if it would work it started to work normally but after a few minutes it just decided to break and not move at all.
the gyro is working and everything is moving but its saying to ‘clear its path’.

I heard a weird sound of friction but i don’t know from where the sound is coming from

I am sorry to hear about the problem.

Maybe just the motor was poor quality so it is broken so fast?

I don’t think so because we can see the gyro moving

Maybe the belt is the problem? Or the speed of the motor?

It is a little bit confusing because you mentioned that after few minutes it just decided to break and not move at all but then the gyro is working and everything is moving?
