After downloading program, servos "spazz out" until stopped

When I download a new program on the ARC-32 board, the servos I have plugged in will start moving back and forth rapidly. They will then stop while the program downloads. Then the servos will move back and forth rapidly again until I use force to stop them. After, the servos will execute the program as desired.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any thoughts?

Power problems, which previously plagued my board, have been resolved.

This is very weird behaviour. Would you be able to post a link to a youtube video that shows what’s going on? That will help us have a better understanding…
