After AWS outage yesterday, one of my LR3 connect remains offline

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

After the AWS outage yesterday, one of my two litter robot 3 connect remains offline.

Trying to reconnect the robot using the app ends up with an error message and reconnecting fails.

Please provide us with the order number for this robot.

Does the robot itself work properly now?

Please check if the robot comes online momentarily if you press one of the buttons on the robot.

Today morning the LR3 was connected again without doing anything .

No further support for this issue needed.
