Afinibot A5 3D printer Z-Axis Problem

Two weeks ago I bought A5 3D printer

After assembly, I tested it and I found some problem out with Z axis like below

  1. When I excute “Auto home”, X, Y axis moves properly
    (moves backward until hit limit switch then moves toword a little to place
    start position)

But X axis without moving down, only moves up.

If excute “Auto home”, X, Y Placed proper place, but X move up gain.

  1. Excution of test printing,

Even though, I adjusted nozzle height properly,
Nozzle moves up at first and never come down proper place
So my printing becomes mess

What should I do?

Is the limit switch malfunction?
If the limit switch problem, how I can get the limit switsch in Korea?
(I am in Korea)

Can I use these switch(Ref. to photo below) for Afinibot A5 3D printer?

Hi Jung,

The Up/Down axis is called “Z” axis.
When connecting the motors to the controller, are you sure there are not mistake in which motor goes where ?
