Afinibot A3 3d printer not recognizing SD card

Purchase Afinibot printer for my classroom and it does not recognize the SD card. I have went through all the set up procedures numerus times. Checked the code, the laptop can read the card but not the printer. I have read on line were the Pursa printers had some bad boards and readers, wondering if this could be what is happening since the are very similar as far as components go? Thanks in advance.

If it still doesn’t work, please submit a ticket through our Support Center describing the issue you’re encountering with the printer.

I am in the process of geting another SD card to try tonight. But the card that it came with works fine in 3 other computers. The screen shows no card when you go to the screen to select the file. I will take pictures today of the fisplay and upload. Thanks.

New card installed same thing. This link shows four shots of the printer. First is of the side with new card installed. The other three of the display. The card reads fine in the laptop showing 5 items waiting to be painted, all prepared using Cura.

Hi,

It looks like the issue comes from the controller board/SD Card reader. Please submit a ticket through our Support Center referring to this post and will exchange the controller board for you.
