Afinibot A1 Blocked Nozzle

Hello,
I have an Afinibot A1 3D printer. It has a blocked nozzle after 3 prints of a hollow cube. The flow seemed to be thin at first, started printing OK but then stopped extruding plastic during the first two jobs (see photo). It wouldn’t extrude anything for the 3rd. The extruder motor attempts to push the PLA filament through but cannot and jolts back repeatedly when it tries. The temperature was set for 208degC (for the first passes) then 200degC. The temperature profile met these targets during the prints.

I have no instructions on how to disassemble and clean the nozzle or what model of nozzle/heater it is.

Could you offer any advice or information on how to unblock the nozzle, please?

Best Wishes,

WorkingMatt.

The nozzle is just screw in, use the proper size wrench and you will be fine.
Clogging can happen when the heater is leaved to heat without actually flowing material. Be sure to stop heat whenever you do not use it.
