Hello,I received my Afinibot A1 3D printer and found there are many small components missing. I got to step one of the instructions but found there were none of the washers required.There isn’t a bill of materials/component list and I stopped at Step 1 so I’m not sure if there’s anything else missing.I’ve attached photos of the small parts I do have in the hope that you may have the missing parts available for quick dispatch.
I sent this same information to Tina at hkaffinity.com who’s business card was in the box in lieu of instructions.Having seen some other posts on this forum, while looking into this, I’m expected some serious headaches… things that should have been addressed by now.So far a little disappointed.

We have slightly edited your post to include the images as attachment. It’s easier that way than to go back and forth.
You do not have any hardware other than the one on those two pictures ?
Have you checked if anything was loose in the box maybe ?
We compared what we have here in one of the bag for an Afinibot A1 printer and it seems that many items are missing. (Picture attached)

I’ve looked everywhere for extra components with no luck. It seems I’m missing quite a lot which would make it difficult to miss.
Tina seems to have disengaged so it would be wonderful if you could send me a bag of bits.

PS I tried inserting an image - perhaps using Chrome stopped that working?
Tina should be contacting you but they are in China.
You can create a support ticket HERE and add a direct link to this forum post so we do not start over again the troubleshoot.
As for attachments, they need to be uploaded directly with the tool.
Places like DropBox and such do not allow for direct URL images.
Thank you for responding so quickly. It’s a shame it will take 2 weeks for the missing parts to arrive but I understand they have to ship from China.

The parts were taken from another Afinibot A1 here in stock and shipped to you.
Since you are located in UK, the parts have been transferred to our Europe warehouse prior to being shipped to you.
