I am looking for a pan and tilt solution that allows me to rotate a min of 180 degrees, and tilt up to 90 degrees. It also needs to be waterproof and load bearing of approximately 40-60kg’s…Is this something the robotshop sell as a ready made system? Or could you perhaps recommend a servo (or servos) that are waterproof that could handle such weights and movements?I thought of the following,Hitec HS-646WPbut it seems it isn’t compatible with those pan and tilt systems as listed:Note: The HS-646WP is actually slightly thicker than its other standard size cousins. Therefore, it is NOT compatible with the Actobotics Servo Mounts or ServoBlock Kits.Any thoughts or advice much appreciated!
The only servos we offer which are waterproof are those from Hitec, and they are waterproof to 1m only, and nowhere close to the torque rating you need. Unfortunately we do not seem to have any solutions to suggest. Do you really need waterproof or just rain resistant?
Understood. That weight is not great for a normal servo or smaller rotational actuator. For the tilt aspect, you might consider a linear actuator: robotshop.com/en/standard-actuators.html

No specific suggestions for supporting 60Kg and have it work outside all year
