Advice on the best way to set up a small speaker & MP3

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone could advise me on the best way to configure a small mp3 unit and speaker to create a snoring sound effect for a plush toy? Can a small Bluetooth speaker (like a Mino Lexon) be Bluetoothed (or hardwired) to an MP3? Failing that, are there any other, better suggestions for suitable components for this type of set-up? Any advice would be very much appreciated!!
