I followed the instructions by Dialfonzo to complete my advanced ESC calibration. My initial 2 sets of tones from the motors are all in sync. Once that is done the motors deliver another set of tones. For these tones the right front and right rear are slightly off. My ESCs are EMAX BlHeli 30A and the Motors are EMAX MT2216-810kv. I then reloaded my actual config.h file to see that the same motors were starting their spin slightly after the others once armed and throttled.

It’s hard to tell but the Quadrino will send signals at the same time so it might be the ESC’s.
Have you try to swap the ESC’s just to see if the “Lag” change motors ?
