Adjustable speed Continuous Motor

I am looking for a small Continuous Motor that i can adjust the speed without a controller.
Is there such a thing.

Hello, what is your application? What kind of motor are you looking for? Dc motor, servo motor of something else?

I think DC so I can power using a battery Pack. I was looking at Parallax (Futaba) Continuous Rotation Servo.
Is the speed adjustment on the servo itself?

Yes, you can control speed and direction of the Continuous Rotation Servo, compared with standard servo where you can control position.

But, how do you mean, you don’t want to adjust a speed with a controller?

I have never used a controller, and I wanted to keep it simple. Do you have a recommendation for a simple set up?
